Yoga Fusion is about reconnecting with our goodness, power and beauty through the physical practice of yoga.
Fundamentally, we focus on learning proper posture, alignment and movement principles through a basic series of postures. My focus is on poses that teach core strength, stability and mobility. Classes blend the best of yoga, pilates and core conditioning to help us bring balance, strength and grace to our demanding daily lives.
Classes are suitable for every body and every level of fitness, whether you are an experienced yogi or completely new to yoga. I’d love to meet you – come join us!
Winter 2018 Session
Come join us for yoga in the Juniper Ridge / Valleyview / Rose Hill neighborhood!
For Winter 2018 I am offering 2 classes per week at the Valleyview Hall.
Beginning Yoga runs on Monday evenings from 5:30 to 6:30.
In this class, we practice simple yoga postures and beginning exercises to build strength and flexibility. Participants learn a complete range of basis poses in a non-intimidating environment. Modifications are provided to help you get the most of each class, no matter your fitness level- no experience is required.

I also offer a more advanced yoga class- perfect for those who have taken Beginning Yoga and want to move beyond basic poses, or for those who want to practice twice a week. This class runs Thursday evenings from 6 to 7:15 pm at Valleyview Hall from Thursday January 11 until March 15 (10 weeks). This class requires 12 participants to run.
