For Spring 2017 I offer 2 classes per week at the Valleyview Hall.
Beginning Yoga runs on Monday evenings from 5:30 to 6:30.
In this class, we practice simple yoga postures and beginning exercises to build strength and flexibility. Participants learn a complete range of basis poses in a non-intimidating environment. Modifications are provided to help you get the most of each class, no matter your fitness level- no experience is required.
The session runs April 3 to June 19. The class is currently full, but you can drop in.
Yoga For Strength
I also offer a more advanced yoga class- Yoga for Strength– perfect for those who have taken Beginning Yoga and those who want to move beyond basic poses- on Thursdays from 6 to 7:15. The session runs from April 20 to June 29. Drop ins are always welcome- and I’d love to see you there!
