For Fall 2017 I am offering 2 classes per week at the Valleyview Hall.
Beginning Yoga runs on Monday evenings from 5:30 to 6:30.
In this class, we practice simple yoga postures and beginning exercises to build strength and flexibility. Participants learn a complete range of basis poses in a non-intimidating environment. Modifications are provided to help you get the most of each class, no matter your fitness level- no experience is required.
The session will run September 18 to December 4 . This class is currently full with a waiting list.
I also offer a more advanced yoga class- perfect for those who have taken Beginning Yoga and want to move beyond basic poses, or for those who want to practice twice a week. This class runsThursday evenings from 6 to 7:15 pm at Valleyview Hall from Thursday September 21 until November 30 (11 weeks).
